A referral service
Tucker Sewer Line Co. is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local plumbing professionals. We do not perform plumbing work ourselves.
Independent contractors
The professionals we connect you with are independent contractors, not our employees or agents. They decide how to perform their work and they perform all of it. Any agreement for work is between you and that professional.
No guarantee of availability
We aim to answer every call and to dispatch the same day where available, but we cannot promise that a professional will be available at a particular time or address.
General information only
The pages on this site are general information. They are not professional advice, and they cannot replace an inspection of your own sewer line. Descriptions of pipe materials, methods and homes are general tendencies, not statements about any particular property. Rules about who owns or maintains a sewer line, and about permits, vary by place, so check with your city or sewer provider.
Check the professional
Before you agree to any work, confirm the professional's credentials and agree the scope of work in writing. The professional you hire, not this site, is responsible for the work, so ask anything you want clarified first.
Limits
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the work, advice or conduct of the independent professionals we connect you with, or for any loss that results from using this site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, and the effective date above will change when we do. Using the site after an update means you accept the updated terms.
